THE PERFECT HYGIENIC PROCEDURE

All waste and materials used for patients are sorted, immersed and immediately placed in the dedicated compartment, both during and at the end of treatment. Containers and containers are transported to the sterilization unit or disposed of in special containers every day. Every week, or based on use, the mobile trolley, racks, baskets and containers are cleaned, disinfected or sterilized. In fact, thanks to the opening rear door, the device is completely accessible in all its parts for cleaning and sterilization.

Why use the postoperative selective sorting service?

The postoperative selective sorting service guarantees control of the material disposal process and optimization of the storage area (narrow and limited spaces). This results in time savings in the cleaning phase between one patient and another, limiting the risks of significant contamination to a minimum. Structurally OPTIMUS is made entirely of metal painted with epoxy paint completely disinfectable using neutral products. It has a Corian top designed to house the various containers. Internally it is equipped with 2 waste bins for storing undifferentiated and infected material.

1 - 3.5L stainless steel container for pre-treatment of reusable instruments, 2 - Multipurpose stainless steel decontaminator Ø 7.5 cm - H 3.5 cm for endodontic burs and instruments, 3- 600 ml glass container for the treatment of reusable instruments (e.g. cannulas), 4- Stainless steel container with gasket for the treatment of rotary and endodontic instruments, 5- Tray for the treatment of dynamic instruments, 6- Container for infected material.
