Euronda Eurosafe 60 washer-disinfector

Automatic cleaning, all in one.

Euronda Pro System is the protection system developed to ensure a complete and effective instrument reprocessing protocol that safeguards the safety of operators, patients and the working environment.
Sterilisation is a multi-stage process, and its success depends on every step being carried out correctly, from collection to storage. The Euronda Pro System line makes it possible to apply an advanced, traceable protocol simply, efficiently and repeatably over time, increasing safety and optimising the practice's resources.

• Optimised: Thanks to its 60-litre washing chamber, it can hold up to 2 full loads of a 24-litre autoclave. The detergents are housed in the handy space-saving compartment, while the many accessories supplied allow handpieces, instruments and cassettes to be processed in the best possible way.
• Efficient: Processing instruments in just 60 minutes saves the clinic considerable time, reducing the time spent on manual instrument cleaning and allowing staff to focus on higher-value tasks.
• Safe: It increases workplace safety by reducing the handling of contaminated instruments and, consequently, the risks to the operator. Automating the cleaning process also makes this stage easily repeatable and traceable.
• Active drying: Drying, by injecting hot air from several points inside the washing chamber, completely removes water deposits from the outside and inside of hollow-bodied instruments.

The Eurosafe 60 washer-disinfector cleans, disinfects, rinses and dries instruments in a single fast automated process, eliminating the need for manual cleaning. It delivers excellent results thanks to the injection washing system with independent spray arms for each level and forced-air drying that removes water deposits even inside hollow-bodied instruments. You can choose 3 favourite cycles from the 20 presets and assign them to the buttons below the 3.5" colour display, so they are easy to select. It also allows custom cycles to be created according to the specific needs of the material being processed, by adjusting washing time and temperature. Eurosafe 60 has a built-in water softener that allows mains water to be used and monitors correct resin regeneration, warning when salt is running out. At the end of each cycle, the washer-disinfector creates a file that can be transferred to a PC via USB, recording all process data (time, temperature, cycle number) and also validating the load. In addition, optional accessories allow data to be transferred via Ethernet or printed with the thermal printer. It connects to the mains with a standard 220 V socket (a three-phase supply is not required). Made in Italy from durable AISI 316L stainless steel.
