Euronda Euroseal Valida heat sealer with process validation

The heat sealer that validates the process

The Euroseal Valida heat sealer has all the best features of a manual sealer: innovative, ergonomic design, robustness, safety, the versatility of the patented reel holder and extreme ease of use thanks to the handy work surface and transparent polycarbonate lid. On top of all this, Euroseal® Valida can validate the sealing cycle, storing the cycle data and the outcome of the operations performed on an SD Card.

It can be connected directly to a PC via Ethernet and WiFi (optional) for immediate transfer of sealing data. The 4'' colour touch-screen display has a new user-friendly interface thanks to the software update. Built directly into the work surface, it lets the user browse the menu quickly and intuitively, choosing between preset cycles and a free cycle that allows the sealing temperature to be varied to seal any type of reel and pouch.

• Traceability: Sealing data can be transferred directly to a PC via Ethernet and WiFi (optional).
• Validation: Validates the sealing cycle, confirming its success and storing the related data (time, temperature, pressure) on SD card.
• Versatile: The patented wall-mounted reel holder makes the machine extremely adaptable to the space available.
• Safe: Minimises the risk of errors and injuries, in full compliance with EN 17665-1, EN 11607-2 and EN 868-5.

• Practical: Handy work surface, polycarbonate lid to follow the reel up to the sealing area, and a repositioned LAN socket for improved ergonomics.

• User-friendly: Lets you choose between pre-programmed cycles and a free cycle with a user-defined temperature.
