IDS Viroxid Aspiratore Forte suction system disinfectant, 1 l

IDS Viroxid® Aspiratore Forte – Suction System Disinfectant (1 Litre)

Viroxid® Aspiratore Forte is a broad-spectrum concentrated solution designed for disinfecting, cleaning and deodorising dental suction systems. Its formula based on phenolic derivatives (o-benzyl-p-chlorophenol and o-phenylphenol) ensures consistent germicidal efficacy even in the presence of high organic loads, preventing biofilm formation and ensuring maximum hygiene of the suction water circuits.

Phenolic Power against Biofilm

• Resistance to Organic Load: Phenolic derivatives are the disinfectants of choice for suction systems because, unlike other molecules, they are not inactivated by protein residues (blood and mucus).

• Disruptive Action: Penetrates and breaks up the bacterial biofilm that builds up inside the tubes, eliminating the main cause of blockages and unpleasant odours.

• Complete Spectrum: Highly effective against Gram+ and Gram- bacteria, fungi, lipophilic viruses (HIV, HBV, HCV, Herpes), with marked tuberculocidal activity (Mycobacterium tuberculosis).

• System Protection: Regular maintenance with Viroxid Aspiratore Forte extends the service life of the system, reducing the need for extraordinary technical interventions to clean the lines.

Maintenance Protocol

For correct operation of the system, follow the dilution instructions:

1. Dilution: Use the solution at 3% (30 ml of product in 1 litre of tap water).

2. Frequency: Use once or twice a day depending on the practice's workload.

3. Evening Treatment: If only one disinfection is carried out per day, it is recommended to do it in the evening to allow residual action overnight.

4. Rinsing: At the end of the contact time (30 minutes), rinse the system thoroughly with plenty of water.
